As Head of Content, Shaikh Mohammad Saleh Rabbi is working with BOXOFFICE. A philosophy graduate from the University of Dhaka, Rabbi previously worked with different
organizations like BBC World Service, Bengal Foundation, Jamuna Television, DBC NEWS, Nymphea, bdnews24 Publishing Limited, Bangla Tribune, and ICE Media
Ltd. where he created well-researched communication materials and audio-visual contents for different platforms. Rabbi has launched one of the finest news online in the country for Jamuna Television, www.jamuna.tv. He also developed numerous audio-visual contents including news stories for Jamuna Television and DBC News where he led the research team for the hugely popular flagship political talk show
RAJKAHON. Rabbi was the head of the Digital content development team of Bengal Foundation’s ICE Media Ltd. During his stint there, he has written, shot, and produced over a hundred audiovisual content targeting different social media platforms. He has spearheaded several nationwide campaigns as well as created numerous campaign content for two media outlets, ICE Today
and ICE Business Times. He has a decade-long experience in the media industry of Bangladesh as a content writer, creative content producer, manager, and researcher. His research credit includes Bangabandhu Manei Swadhinata, Pita Tumi Bangladesh, Bangladesh, and 3053 Days, which were published by different ministries. He has also jointly edited a photo book titled Mujib 100 to commemorate the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. At BOXOFFICE, Rabbi oversees the content team and delivered several digital, hybrid and PR campaigns apart from audiovisual production for clients like ActionAid Bangladesh, Care Bangladesh, SNV, FSM Network, BRAC, IOM, WorldFish and Practical Action. Rabbi has been heavily involved in multiple exhibitions in the capacity of Content Coordinator, Editor, Assistant Curator, and researcher for BBC World Services, Bengal Barota, bdnews24. com publishing Ltd. and Ministry of Liberation Affairs amongst others.
